Flame Keeper Flower Essence - Throat Chakra

Flower essences capture the energetic and vibrational qualities of a flower or plant. They work on an energetic level to address emotional or spiritual aspects of wellbeing. Our essences are made by delicately placing flowers into a crystal bowl filled with natural spring water, then setting them under the sun—or sometimes the moon—to allow the essence(consciousness) and energetic imprint of the flower to transfer to the water. The infused water is then blended with brandy to ensure shelf stability.

Start off with 1-2 drops under the tongue twice a day for the first week and gradually work your way up to full dosage of 4 drops, up to 2-4 times a day as needed.  This formula is potent and harmonizes with your subtle bodies gracefully. Assess your emotional, mental & spiritual awareness before increasing your dosages. For best results, use consistently for at least one lunar cycle (28 days). Can also be added to drinking water, baths, diffusers, or applied topically to pulse points.
