How often do you restock/launch new products?

We try to restock/launch new products several times a month. Make sure to subscribe to ouremail newsletter so you receive an email the moment restocks/new products are in the shop! We also announce restocks & new launches on ourInstagram &Facebookpage. 

Will sold out prints be restocked?

Depending on popularity & availability, we try to restock as many prints as we can. Depending on availability from our textile vendors, some prints can sell out  quickly, and become discontinued. Being so, we encourage our customers to purchase the prints they love when in stock as our inventory moves quickly, and not always guaranteed to restock.

Corona, CA.

Do you have a Retail store I can visit and shop in person?

No, we currently only sell online.

How does LMD's sizing run?

Most items run TTS (true to size) with the exception of a few styles depending on fabric which are noted in the description. Please refer to our size guide per listing for your reference. If you are still unsure and have some questions, please feel free to email hello@littlemissdessa.com and we are more than happy to help! 

Is there specific care instructions for LMD products?

Please refer to the product listing in addition to the garment label that gives specific care instructions per style. In most cases, we recommend you machine wash cold, on delicate cycle. Tumble dry low and or lay flat to dry. Warm iron if necessary. For premium care and extended wearability, we recommend hand wash cold. Wring gently, reshape, and lay flat to dry. You may use a warm iron ito reshape.

How come the product I ordered looks slightly different than the color I see on your online shop listing?

 All of our items are handcrafted; therefore, color & pattern placement may vary slightly from the product photographed and shown. Colors may differ on computer, iPhone and iPad screens from actual print and/or color.


Do you offer sales/coupon codes/discounts?

Yes, we do! If you haven't alreadysubscribed, we offer a one time 10% off discount on your first order. Most of our discounts and sales are posted on our social media pages:Instagram,TwitterorFacebook.

Do I have to register for an account to place an order?

No. We do recommend it but do not require customers to register for an account to place an online order. Registering for an account provides many benefits. Upon registration you are able to check out faster, review your past order history and more.

Can I combine orders?
Due to increased order volume, we aren't able to combine orders at this time.

Can I edit my order after being placed?
We are unable to make any adjustments to your order's contents once an order is placed– our back end does not allow us to edit orders after they have been processed. If for whatever reason there is a discrepancy with your order, and/or you'd like to add something, please contact us immediately so we can better assist you. In most cases, we would have to cancel your original order, and manually submit a new one with the correct/added items.

 Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the item has yet to be shipped, which normally happens within 12-24 hours after you’ve placed your order. For any questions you can contact us athello@littlemissdessa.com Please be sure to have your order/confirmation number available.


We have recently partnered withAfterPay which allows our customers in the continental United States the option to split their transaction total into four easy installments. Your order will process as normal with no shipment delays and will be subject to our standard Customer Service Policies. For more information, please refer toAfterPay's help section on their site!

 To qualify, your cart must be $35 after any discounts, orders under this amount will default back to the cart view to select another payment method. AfterPay accepts Visa and Mastercard cards and collects the first installment at checkout and then charges your payment method every 2 weeks, for four equal installments. You can pay off early or change your payment method by logging intoyour AfterPay dashboard and selecting the “Pay Now” Button.


What is your return/exchange policy?

We’re happy to help you with your return/exchange. Any product (excluding facemasks) that are unused and unwashed, in its original packaging with all tags in place, and has been purchased within the last 30 days of your arrival date is eligible for return/exchange. Items purchased from our Sale section & large annual sales (Black Friday/Spring/Summer/Warehouse Sale) will be marked as “final sale” and are not eligible for return.

Return Requirements:

  • In original condition – unwashed/unworn
  • With original packaging
  • Purchased within last 30 days from the time of arrival
  • International orders are not eligible for returns at this time.

Steps to return/exchange:

  1. Go to https://littlemissdessa.returnscenter.com, enter your order number and email address.
  2. Select the items you want to return or exchange and answer the questions to explain the reason for the return.
  3. Select which action you’d like to take:
  • Receive a refund to your original payment method, minus a $4.50 restocking/handling fee.
  • Receive a store credit for the full purchase amount
  • Exchange for a different item
  1. Print the prepaid return shipping label, repack items into a mailer or box, and drop off at a local post office. Please do this quickly as your refund or exchange will not be processed until your return items have been received at our warehouse.

Please note: We will cover shipping charges back to our warehouse. Original shipping charges/insurance will not be refunded. Previously exchanged items are not eligible for returns or additional exchanges.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
We allot 3-5 business days to process and package orders.

Do you ship world-wide?

Yes! You will have the option to enter your shipping address and select a shipping method at checkout.

Will my package be replaced if it is lost or stolen?

If you purchased the first class mail option, once your items are in the mail, the package is no longer the responsibility of LITTLEMISSDESSA®. We will not replace lost or stolen packages. If you purchased USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express shipping option, your package did come standard with insurance and a claim can be filed. If you believe your package was lost or stolen in transit, please contact your local USPS office. Please note domestic first class packages take 3-5 business days to arrive and international first class packages can take up to 10 weeks to arrive. LITTLEMISSDESSA® will not issue refunds for lost or stolen first class packages.

I never received any correspondence after I placed my order, how do I know the status?

Thank you so much for your order!  Once you order has been placed, you’ll receive an email with your order receipt confirmation. Once your order has been processed and ready to ship, you will receive another email with your shipment information and tracking details. Both emails and all correspondence from LMD will go through the email that was used when the order was placed. Please double check the email address that was given is correct and/or that email’s spam folder.

I upgraded to 2 or 3 day shipping and my order didn't ship when I thought it would, why is that?

As it states on every product page, it may take 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and ready to ship, from there, the shipping time is determined by the shipping method you selected at checkout.

My tracking on my order has not been updated?

Sometimes USPS is delayed when updating their tracking system.  Please allow up to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email to track the status of your order. ( Please note that during Holiday seasons, normal shipping times do become delayed.) For international orders, USPS is only required to track the package up until it leaves their facility here in the United States. Upon entry of destination country, tracking may not be required and/or updated. We recommend DHL Worldwide Express for international shipments as the most reliable shipping method.

I sent you an email, but I haven't received a response as of yet. How long does it take for you to reply?

Thank you for reaching out! We do our best to reply to emails promptly in a timely manner, however please do allow 24-48 hrs for a response. Email correspondence will be attended to weekdays, during normal business hours of Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM.

How can I host a giveaway and or collaborate with LMD?

In order for us to allocate our time and resources properly, we have limited our participation in giveaways and collaborations but still love to support other brands! If you're interested in featuring our products, business, and or hosting a giveaway,  please provide us with all relevant current stats such as unique monthly views, followers, and engagement rates, etc. so we can decide if you are a good fit for our brand. Do you accept product as gifts for review and/or promotion?

We love to support other small businesses however, it’s important to us that LMD is authentic and transparent, so we are selective about our partnerships, product reviews, collaborations, etc. and only partner with and/or promote brands we believe in and use. 

Do you have any tips or advice for starting a small business and/or growing my small business?

Knowledge is power and experience is priceless. With that being said, we are still very much learning how best to navigate and grow this business of ours. As I would love to mentor those who have asked, there simply is not enough time to do so while still focusing on our own brand.
