As a single mother of 4, entreprenuer, and on an infinite self love discovery, I have found myself overwhelmed and disconnected more times than not because I am constantly being pulled in so many different directions. With the pressures to show up as the best version of myself for my children, business, and loved ones - I often times forgot to take care of the most important person in the equation: me.

As with most mothers, we tend to put everyone and everything else before ourselves. This is where the creation of our mama self care line comes in and why it's so important for us to take care of ourselves first, in order to be able to show up fully for others. This line was created for me, and in turn other mothers who are on a similar journey that integrates self care, mindful motherhood, conscious parenting seamlessly.

On the quest to find more peace, love, and nourishment in my life I turned to what has always been my saving grace - aromatherapy & mediation. The combination of these two powerful tools has helped me to find more balance and purpose in my everyday life. It's helped me to break generational cycles. It helped me to find joy in motherhood. It helped me to be present. It has helped me to be a better version of myself so that I can show up fully for my children.

I'm excited to share this with you because I know how much it has helped me and I want to help other mothers find that same sense of peace, love, connection, presence and joy in their lives.
