As we embrace the beautiful unknown of 2024, I am filled with gratitude and reflection on a journey that has been both profound and transformative. From the inception of Little Miss Dessa over a decade ago to the vibrant evolution into Love More Divinely, our path has been one of growth, discovery, and heartfelt change, all of which you have been an integral part of as you journey with me.
Little Miss Dessa began as a heartfelt endeavor in 2013, born from a personal narrative of loss, hope, and the miraculous joys of life. It became a symbol of strength, resilience, and the celebration of life's precious moments. As I navigated the path of single motherhood under extraordinary circumstances, Little Miss Dessa became a vessel of my soul's expression, a narrative of resilience and divine love that I was honored to share with all of you through our LMD creations. Each design reflected my experiences, my challenges, and the unyielding spirit of life itself. This endeavor was not just about creating clothing; it was about weaving stories of hope and strength into every fabric of our brand.
My personal journey, deeply intertwined with nature since childhood, led to a profound self-discovery. This connection with nature, coupled with years of soul-searching, meditation, herbalism and aromatherapy, shaped the essence of our Handmade Apothecary Line, introduced in 2021. These products were more than just items; they were tools for healing, self-care, and spiritual growth, handcrafted in Corona, California, with love and the purest of intentions. This line, featuring vibrational sprays, essential oils, and aromatherapy scented wax melts, was a natural extension of our ethos. Each product was consciously designed to harmonize and uplift the spirit, offering a sanctuary of wellness and tranquility in every drop and scent. In my personal voyage, nature was not just a sanctuary but a mirror to my soul's essence. The challenges and triumphs, especially the profound turning point that was destined to unfold.
The year 2023 awakened a profound turning point in my life. Both personally and with LMD. The diagnosis of my beloved father with lung cancer was not just a moment of personal trial but a clarion call to deepen my commitment to holistic wellness and spiritual growth. Ultimately it would take both for me to assist my father on his healing journey as he battled cancer. This pivotal experience brought me closer to understanding my true purpose and the importance of aligning with a higher power.
In these moments of deep reflection and connection with nature, which has always been my sanctuary, I realized that my journey was about more than creating for LMD; it was about transcending, healing, and touching lives on a deeper level.
Thus,Love More Divinely was born on 8/8/2023 - a name that resonates with the essence of my journey and the path I feel called to walk.
This new LMD reflects our expanded mission: to create a space where love, healing, and spiritual connection flourish. We aim to support not just the journey of conscious parenting but also the broader paths of personal and collective healing for every human.
2023 marked a pivotal year for LMD. This personal experience propelled me further into exploring the realms of deep inner child healing, spiritual alignment, and physical illness/disease. This profound exploration lead me to the creation of our holistic loose leaf tea blends.
In January 2023 I was divinely guided to make my father a special “Lung Tea” that he went on to drink every single day and continues to drink. One of the herbs that were used for his healing came to me in my dreams, where nature spoke to me directly for me to use in his tea. It was to my great surprise when I googled it the next morning, it was exactly what he needed for the symptoms he was having at the time...
