2020: A huge THANK YOU & year in review...
As 2020 is coming to a close, I wanted to take this opportunity to THANK each and everyone of YOU.You see it wasn’t that long ago when I had this wild dream to build out my own company.
It feels like it was only yesterday when I decided to quit my job in the fashion industry and venture out on my own. Scary as it was, with many twists and turns--I had this vision that I felt deep within my soul that I needed to fulfill.
I remember the days I used to cut, sew and package every single item. Juggling customer service and designing. Sleeping maybe 2-3 hours a day... all while trying to raise my four children and thrive as a full-time single mother/entrepreneur simultaneously.
Most days I didn’t think I would make it…
Little by little, with unwavering faith during many trials and tribulations along the way, I just kept going. And YOU kept showing up and supporting this small business of mine.
LMD truly would not be where we are at today without YOU.
I can’t even begin to tell you all the messages, emails, and just kind words of love and support I have received along the years.
YOUR support is the fuel that catapults me forward. The inspiration that allows me to keep dreaming and building. The sustenance that provides for and nourishes my children and I.
I will forever be thankful for my amazing LMD community that is growing daily.
And here we are, 7 years later. With many amazing customers who have been with me on this incredible journey from the very start.
As 2020 started, I had even bigger dreams I wanted to see come to fruition with LMD. As we all know and have personally experienced-- 2020 had other plans entirely.
Even as challenging as it was on both a personal and entrepreneur level—we are incredibly blessed that we were able to ride and survive the wave that 2020 brought. Ebbing and flowing, pivoting as the curveballs were thrown—we got stronger and continued to grow.
You guys showed up and showed out. Supporting us even more, spreading our small business with friends and family around the globe. It was incredible to see the amount of support we received during such unprecedented times, which truly helped us to stay afloat.
It truly has been a whirlwind of a year on so many levels, but we are blessed none the less.
Did I mention how much I am filled with gratitude for you?! You've helped some of my wildest dreams come true, and this is just the beginning for LMD…
As I welcome 2021, I will continue to pray over each and every one of you, your family and your sweet little babes. I will continue to pray over LMD, our products, social media, and everything in between... to continue to be a conduit that radiates divine love, light and unwavering faith.
My team and I will continue to work hard to give you the best of the best.
As LMD continues to grow, we strive to expand intentionally and ethically while giving back exponentially.
I am so excited for 2021, and can't wait to continue on this beautiful journey with YOU!

Here are some LMD highlights from 2020:
- We were able to hire two new awesome LMD team members!
- We designed & produced 3 NEW products (Our LMD Masks is one of our best selling items, which still blows my mind, lol.)
- We hit the highest amount of orders we've ever hit in November! Like HOLY MOLY.
- We started to design & print our very own LMD Exclusive Textile Prints ( Coming soon!)
- We were able to give back and DOUBLE our charitable donations to CHOC Childrens & March of Dimes because of YOU!
